To all my dear readers, I have been keeping a secret from you for almost a month, but now I can share it — I was honored to be chosen by Vanity Fair to its “International Best Dressed List” for 2013! A big thanks to Vanity Fair who opened up its prestigious list to readers this year and chose me as one of the winners!
It is so exciting! Coming to America from my small city in China, to learn about the world of fashion and now to be in the company of princesses, entertainment celebrities, the First Lady of China, and others for my style — style that you all have helped support and inspire!
I want to thank all of you so much, from the bottom of my heart, for encouraging me to work hard and achieve this honor. I don’t know what is in the future, but I believe it will be very good.

What nobody else knows, but I want them to learn, is that you achieved all this 100% on your own, through talent and hard work — and while being a great wife and partner to me, and mother / teacher / nurse / bodyguard to our Red Bear!

I'm from a small town too (but in Ireland not China) and have recently started getting into fashion and could only imagine what this must feel like for you, its such a dream come true and something I'll try inspire to do when I'm older 🙂
