Red Bow and Long Fur

HallieDaily Red and Fur_6

You know how your life looks like when your computer breaks down, I am having such a terrible moment right now!  Recently I made a choice to get myself a new MacPro, where I had always used Windows computers before.  When I call it “NEW”, that means everything is new to me, and now I have to learn how to use everything that I was good at on my old computers.  I know I will do that — I taught kids how to use computers when I was in high school as a part-time job — but learning everything new takes a lot of time, and sometimes it is very frustrating, too.  My dad often says he doesn’t like new things, because he doesn’t like change.

“Change means that what was before wasn’t perfect. People want things to be better”. Esther Dyson ——That’s how I look at it.

  1. Your smart Dad is so right! We men usually say any change is bad. Like they say, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”

  2. I second your dad. too. 😉 I used to like changes, looking for changes. Now I just pray that everything remains the same, friends, family, pets, all healthy and alive, no change.

After a certain age, change only means decline and death…..

  3. This may be my favorite look of yours so far! BTW I made the transition to Mac a few months ago, too. I understand what you mean but hang in there, it really is much betters than Windows.

  4. 亲爱的!你这么聪明会很快学会的!今天很特别!鞋子这样搭真好看!

  5. We are all creatures of habits. We tend to stick to what we know and often dislike changes because we perceived that it’s difficult to adapt to. Sometimes changes can be bad but sometimes for the better. Though, if we didn’t take the first step to want to change, how would we know if it’s going to be better or worse right? I can understand your frustration but I’m sure once you adapt to Macbook, you’ll love it. It does wonders!
On the fashion note, I am giving a heart for this look. I totally fell in love with your jacket! It feels like a polar bear hugging you when you wear this jacket. LOL!!

  6. Sartorial magnificence with unpresumptuous stylistic strength.
