TGIF: Printed Silk Blouse & Split Long Skirt

Happy Friday! After a couple beautiful weather days, we are having rain again start today, and the weatherman says it will be the “storm of the decade” for southern California..  But while we might need umbrellas here, I know it is nothing compared to really dangerous cold weather in other places.  I heard on China News that in some areas of northern China, the weather is truly frigid, reaching -40C…..brrrrr….For people who live in those cold areas, please stay warm and safe!  (Interesting fact: -40C is also -40F, the only place where Celsius and Fahrenheit scales converge.)

I wore this outfit to a business meeting a few days ago. I really like this Sézane printed silk blouse. If you are not familiar with this brand, it is the first French online fashion brand, and they have done a few great collabs with Madewell. I also wore one of the shirts from their collection in my Instagram here.  Oh, I have to add that the shipment arrived with a lovely package style, together with some light fragrance, and that really melted my heart.
