Spring Style: Balloon Sleeve Top & Straw Tote

It was so windy the last couple days in L.A. — but it feels good when the big winds blow this oversized silk balloon sleeve top to its full shape!  I really like how the ribbed cuffs enhance the billowy bell sleeves, too. I wore it with a black pencil skirt, to define the waistline, and to balance the whole look.
