Life Style — How to Keep Energized While Traveling

Most of you know that we just made a family road trip a few weeks ago, and this weekend we are going to have another weekend getaway in a very fun place (more details to tell in the future). We love to take little getaways and road-trips! Many of people ask me how I keep energized while traveling, because I have to take care of my family during the trip (mostly Red Bear, he is 9 and he is full of energy!), at the same time, I’m updating my blog and social channels very often. And I always want to look fresh and ready to be shot in front of the camera. Well, trust me, it wasn’t easy, but I found the secret to stay energized on the road! My way to keep energized while traveling?

1. Eat smart & stay hydrated

2. Dress comfortably. Wear a comfortable outfit and footwear. (Oh well — except when attending the Fashion Week . . . )

3. Exercise and do some stretching when I have a chance .

4. Get my beauty sleep.

5.Keep some good coffee handy. Believe it or not, I bring my Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee machine on road trips with me!
