Travel to Stearns Wharf in 50’s Retro Style

There was no school on Monday in most of the L.A. schools, so we decided to sneak a getaway to the Ritz-Carlton Bacara, in Santa Barbara, for the long weekend. (More pictures to come soon)

While we were in Santa Barbara, one of our very favorite towns, we went to one of the restaurants on Stearns Wharf for a lobster dinner (my all time favorite!). I was wearing a dress by my beloved blogger friend Julia Engel (blogger from Gal Meets Glam)’s collection. I’m always happy to see my blogger friends go forward to reach for their dream, and make their dream come true! From the beginning of my blogging, I have always thought of creating my own brand, to design dresses/skirts I like, and hopefully, to be liked by many other women and make them beautiful. Maybe my time will come for that, too.

I am so happy Julia contacted me a couple days ago and sent me this dress; the dress itself is very well made, fits well, and has a good style. Even my husband loves it on me so much, and he likes the style, too! The dress is available in Nordstrom, and also on their own website here.
