Today I am wearing another blazer with knit dress combination, because I personally really like this style. Maybe it’s because in L.A., our Fall season is kind of a “mess” weather-wise . . . in a good way — we can wear a dress during the still-warm days, and just add some light layering for chilly morning and evening hours. A blazer is the perfect layer this time of year!

Before I talk about these pointed toe slingback shoes, I have to say I recently returned a couple “ugly Grandpa” sneakers; they looked so comfortable and so cool, but every time I tried to pull them together with any of my outfits, they just were not working. But for a cool factor, I still have a couple platform sneakers, which I believe they are a “Winter-travel-must-have” So . . . . instead of some sneakers, I got (and recommend!) more slingback shoes. I tried these Michael by Michael Kors Pointed Toe Sling-backs, and I’m so in love with them. The heels are high, but they are still pretty comfortable. Now I have to get the red color, too!
