I have a confession, when it comes to “Real” Winter style, I have no idea what to wear at all!
I grew in a sunny, southern city in China, which never saw snow; and now I live in L.A. for over 10 years now, which it doesn’t really have “winter” in the city. To see snow, we have to drive 100 miles or more, so the rarest items in my closet are gloves, winter socks, and snow boots.

But now we are preparing for a Winter Snow getaway in a few weeks, so I am starting to getting more “really cold winter” items, like these boots and this shearling coat. I find they can be worn also in the city for a modern, chic look at the same time they help to prevent the chilling touch of snow.

And I just need to add a beanie to the outfit when the background is Snow White instead of Yellow Fall leaves. What do you think?
