High Tea in L.A The Grove, Downton Abbey Style

Last Sunday, I was invited to attend a Grand High Tea “Downton Abbey style” at The Grove in Los Angeles.

That’s one thing I like about Los Angeles, there are always fun things going on here and there. The host — Focus Features — transformed the grassy area in The Grove into an English backyard garden, complete with flowers, and it was full of dressed a la Downton Abbey. They were drinking tea, playing croquet, arranging flowers . . . I felt at that moment I was back in 1920’s England!

It was a really fun experience, and I loved being there. Today I’m sharing some pictures with you, and I hope you enjoy them. About the movie, I already pre-screened it, it was such an entertaining look into the society of England a hundred years ago — after you’ve seen it, I would love to hear how you liked it, and share our thoughts!
