May is a month for recognizing the contributions and influence Asian Americans and Pacific Islander Americans have made to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States.
The AAPI Month aims to give the Asian-American community a voice. These powerful words are one place to start the conversation. Here is my voice today: “I am proud that I am a Asian American!” And I would like to learn something from you: What’s your story? Where are you originally from? Let’s talk, let’s get to know each other better — as God’s children of all cultures and colors, we are a lot more alike as humans than we are different.
