When buying new designer items, there are a couple things I consider. Trendy or unique mostly won’t be in my mind, but instead, how often I can wear them, and how easy they go with my existing wardrobe items.
This Balmain blazer is one of my favorite items in my closet (I also have the same style in pink & mint). This canvas Saint Laurent bag is my current new purchase; I feel it’s good for everyday wear and a good bag for travel, too. It can be worn as cross-body or on the shoulder. And these Christian Louboutin wedges are another of my another purchases lately — compared to the so “IN” platform shoes, I feel I can wear these wedges more often, from summer to Fall, and for many years. Not to mention, they are so comfortable! This ruffled tiered skirt is from Ulla Johnson, but from last season; see the same style, but in different color, here.
