My small “treasure chest” of beauty purchases from Sephora just arrived. Today I want to share with you what they are and why I bought them.
1. My eyelashes are one part of my appearance I don’t have confidence in. They are thin, short, and they look like they are barely there. I did eyelash extensions before, and even my eyelash (extension) lady worried that eventually I will lose all my lashes; she said they were not healthy and were very fragile. So she suggested that I use this lash serum, which I also heard from my other friends; and, yes, it does work! In my case, I definitely feel my eyelashes became longer and thicker, and I just signed up with the re-fill program. Important note: There are some other reviews reporting that this product has many side effects, so you should go researching around for yourself before you try it. In my case, I like the product, and have not seen any bad side effect so far.
2. I have been searching around for a new hydration cream, and this is my first time trying on this moisturizer, after reading all the positive reviews online. I only have been using for a few days, so I can’t say more about it yet. But I like that it is odorless and safe for sensitive skin, which I have. I don’t see any breakout of redness so far.
3. Instead of lipstick, tinted lip balm is what I put on everyday, even going to the gym. I used to like these Givenchy Lip Balm and this lip gloss —- I still like them, but wanted to give this lip balm a try in our new 2023 — I like that it hydrated my lips nicely, and there are so many colors to choose from; this one shown is named, “Hold Me”.
4. I recently was gifted from this lip-line brand, and I wanted to give their product a try, since they are a true consumer favorite with over 23,000 reviews on Amazon; right now, it is Amazon’s #1 Lip Stain! I don’t like this color (17) on me, and I am planning to try on other colors myself. It did dry my lips a bit, like the other matte lipsticks do, but it lasts pretty long, and I think there is good reason for you to give Amazon’s #1 lip stain a try, as well.
5. I said this many times in my blog and social accounts(read the last review here), and it deserves saying again. I am living with this hair oil. I go the gym 3-4 times a week, and I shower and wash my hair every time after I work out, and this hair oil prevents my hair from becoming super dry after too many washes. I barely see any split-ends in my hair, and it reaches my waist now.
