Whenever J.Crew has new arrivals, there is always something to excite me. And this time, when I saw this gingham jacket(40% off with code SPRING) became available, I bought it right away.
My regular size 2 sold out in like a second, and I hesitated to try the size 0 — but I went for it, anyway, and it turned out to be my best decision! Since it’s a Spring jacket, it could be wore as a top by itself, or layered with a light tee or collared shirt.
Today I am wearing this jacket with cropped pants (last seen here, similar style here). Then I accessorized with pearl earrings and beaded necklace, to give this easy Spring look a 50’s twist. You can also wear this jacket with a black or white pencil skirt, for an office or business wear look. And, yes, you can tell its casual chic when pairing with straight leg blue or black jeans.
