A Little Bit of A “Copycat”

After seeing the recent J.Crew catalog, I really really love this look, and can’t wait to make a similar look. Since this similar jade green trousers still on its way to my house, I matched a gray tunic with a oxblood/purple vintage pencil skirt. I have to tell you this gray tunic is a gift from an American-Korean friend after her trip to Korean last year, and I have been wearing it as a very comfy pajama at home and never showed to you.

While I am writing this, Red Bear and his dad are walking around our neighborhood and doing “treat or trick”, (Yay! This year it’s my turn to stay home and deliver candy to our scary visitors 🙂

Happy Halloween!  To all of you where Hurricane Sandy struck, stay safe!

Dune Leopard Pumps, Gray Tunic(no brand,a gift from a friend)

Vintage Pencil Skirt(similar here and here)

Zara Necklace, Karen Walker Sunglasses

D&G Watch,  J.Crew Bracelet

  3. Hallie, I would like every item of this outfit in my closet:-)!!!! Beautiful combination of colors .the shoes are really something:-) happy Halloween night:-)

  4. Hallie I love this so much – such an original and amazing pairing of pieces.
I have to confess… I have a grey tee which I wear to bed. I’d been wearing it to bed for a couple days when I found myself with very limited time to get ready for a night out. The leather peplum was on and it seemed the grey tee was destined to be layered over the top… I just went for it. PJ’s as outerwear are obviously the new thing!
