Counting down to Christmas! This week is about relaxing and celebrating the holiday. We don’t have any travel plans going for a while, and feeling blessed to be able to stay home and enjoy the beautiful weather. We know it is super-cold many other places, and we pray for everyone to stay warm and safe as possible, including my lovely sister-in-law and her family in Minnesota’s frigid North Shore.
About today’s outfit, I always like a good hat, all year long. I consider hats to be wardrobe essentials — they complete a look, and it’s important to shield your face from sun rays, too! (See my last winter bucket hat look here). I like how this wool bucket hat and wool cape matching so nicely, and it’s perfect for the warm L.A. winter.
I also have wanted to get a pair of western boots. I wanted them to be able to wear with pants and skirts, and found this pair a perfect match; they also come in the color brown here.
I am also obsessing with croc-effect boots lately, and I have been eyeing this pair and this pair — and will wait to see if any of them will go on sale after the holidays.
