Go Out (to the Yard) & Smell Roses

Went out (to our yard) to smell the roses today. This normally is the best rose blooming season in Los Angeles, and it still is again this year. We are happy to see our roses starting to bloom, each rose bush in its place, and showing off their beauty. Reminds me that “staying home” doesn’t mean staying numb — get dressed to see the pretty flowers and greens through your windows, or go outside and enjoy them up close and personal. (Please follow your city’s  “Social Distancing” rule!)
