One more day to Thanksgiving! We don’t have many family around, and my husband and son are vegan, so mostly we are just having a very small Thanksgiving dinner. When we asked our son what would he like to eat, he said, “Let’s do take-out and eat at home.” So we are planning for Chinese vegan food take-out, tofu-turkey and tofu-beef and tofu-duck, you name it!
