Although Los Angeles already started to ease the restrictions of the “lock-down” life this week, it looks like we are still going to stay home a lot for a long while.
I have been exercising regularly at home, myself alone, either following some online classes, or just walking my dog with some “intense” steps (BTW, my Niko is full of energy, walking with him is no joke; most of the time, we both are running! lol)
