Pink Coat, Bow Tie Blouse & Polka Dot Skirt

I can’t recall the last time I wore a mini-skirt, but I fell in love at first sight when I saw this Red Valentino mini polka dot skirt online. I pulled the trigger on my credit card when it was on sale for 40% off.

As I said in this recent post, a bow-tie blouse is one hot item this season — it can be dressed up and down; this one is from Frame. One reason I want to get more bow-tie blouses, it can be worn all season long (in L.A.), and it’s a very elegant piece.

Pink coats are still very popular. This one is from J.Crew; I have to remind you that I placed the order for it the very day I put up this post recently. And when I looked back later that day, this color had already sold out! Fortunately for me, my order got there in time. But please allow me kindly to recommend to you, next time when you see something from me that really attracts you, pull the trigger right away! Remember, you have about 20-30 days to think through whether to keep it or return it (depends on every brand’s return policy, and don’t wear it before you make up your mind!), but once it has sold out, the chance to get it back is very little.
