Tie-bow blouse is one of the favorite items I love this season; it is an elegant choice for day or night. Wear it with flare jeans for a 70’s vintage look, or pair a mini skirt and loafers to accomplish a modern chic style. I like to challenge myself for fall ladylike layering.
