For most big families, holiday season can be the busiest time for meeting and gathering together. Our family is different, most of our relatives live very far away, even in other countries, and it is not easy to travel to see them, especially during the busy travel time, and in winter weather. So most of our holiday times are pretty quiet and relaxed.
So here is my NYE plan — dress up and have some bedtime honey tea while watching some new Netflix shows! Since there is no school during the holidays, we have been allowing our son stay online longer than usual and go to bed a little later than normal; but we are also happy that he is starting to reduce his screen time and be careful about his diet on his own. And he runs, several miles a day! Everyday! We are so proud of him!
