Skin Care: My New Favorite Moisturizer

“Beauty is how you feel inside, and it reflects in your eyes. It is not something physical.” -Sophia Loren- That’s one of my favorite quotes of all time.  I believe a healthy diet and regular exercise work better on how we look than simply applying make up; don’t you agree?

I know some of my friends get very jealous about how some other people seem to have such good skin, saying, “They have better DNA … ”  Oh, hey!  What about if we care for our skin by using a moisturizer already present naturally in the human body?

Introduced by a friend, I recently have been trying this Biossance brand.  I gently apply 2-3 drops onto my cleansed face, neck, and body, both in the morning and night.  Today I am happy to share the results after 2 weeks: My skin feels instantly hydrated and appears to me softer and smoother, too.  (Maybe the rain in Los Angeles last week helped a little, too.)

Choosing skin care products is like choosing your style — “what works on you” is the most important key to keep in mind.  I am a busy woman and I like products that are practical and can be used for multiple things.  In the case of Biossance moisturizer, this product can also be used as a booster for moisturizer and makeup, applied to patches of dry skin, and I also like to use it as a hair serum for shine, softness, and to tame “fly-aways.”
