The other day, I was looking for “Linen Dress” online, and found this one from Anthropologie. It is marked as one of their “top rated” dresses, and I read one review that said, “I want to wear this dress everywhere.” She even said she can sleep in it!
I finally got a chance to try on this dress. I think most of reviews are right on point, the fit is very flattering, and the fabric is very comfy, not too heavy, not too light, and the V-cut collar in the front shows just enough of skin, but not too much. I also really like those big pockets on the side, big enough for my iPhone Max, and I don’t need to worry it might slip out. I also just placed another order for the same style in pink — can’t wait to get it!
As you can tell, the dress is very easy to wear, I would like to pair with these sneakers or these sandals, I think I can run everywhere while still looking chic and comfy.
When I turned on my “fashion dictionary,” I like to style this little linen black dress to a “fashion magazine” level. Dressing up a little black dress for me is always fun — for this, I found an oversized sun hat with black and white stripes here; it gives this dress some “old Hollywood” touch, and the platform pumps will help to pull the look back to the 21st century. This is a fun and classic look, I think.
