Happy Weekend, Friends!
Red Bear went camping with his Boy Scout friends this weekend (“urban camping”, in fact), but we had to pick him up on the first night because his illness reached out and touched him again, after he felt so well during the day time at school. He thought he could make it camping, but not this time. Anyway, he is home, took a long night sleep after a hot bath, and he is feeling much better again today. Thanks to God!
Please allow me to keep talking about shopping today. Well, it’s the best shopping season, do we need more reasons?
While there are so many good sales going on right now, I keep looking back on some of my outfits, and I’ve been thinking, “What are my wardrobe staples?” I remember I had a last minute trip a few months back, to visit the Empire State Building in New York. I wasn’t prepared ahead of time for the trip, so I just grabbed a few of my favorite items from my closet. A classic blazer, a midi full skirt, and my favorite slingbacks.
