It looks like mini-skirts are going to be seen everywhere this Fall. I had my eyes on this Zara pleated mini-skirt, but it sold out so fast! So when I saw J.Crew come up with this skirt, I pounced on it, and also bought the color navy, too. (Also, see our other post: How to Wear Mini-Skirt as An Adult).
How do I wear a mini-skirt in Fall?
1. I often pair with high boots or loafers like I did today (From last year, no more available, found a similar style here) — I think, compared to “sky high” heels, boots and loafers pair better because they do not show off too much leg. But, once in a while, I would not say, “No,” to pairing a mini-skirt with some nice stilettos, though . . .depends on the place I go to.
2. For a classic Fall style, I always look for the jacket or top that is not too tight, but that has a good fit and classic design. Today my jacket is also from J.Crew, and I have this shirt in many other colors, too.
3. Depending on the place I go to, a classic tote bag is a favorite “go-to” for daily wear. This bag is by Carolina Herrera. I am also obsessing with this Khaite tote bag.
