Black Friday: Sale, Shop, and Be Calm

Happy Black Friday! Anybody gone shopping yet?

We just came back home from Pasadena, one of the most beautiful cities I have seen.  Bob was there for a business meeting, so Red Bear and I went to see an early movie there, then visited the City Hall.  Now we are back home, and I am sitting in front of the computer and ready for the online shopping, guess what?  I don’t know where to start!  There are so many options and I just felt I could lose my mind seeing so many beautiful things on sale!

Bob keeps telling me, “Be calm, you don’t need to shop, you know, and there is no law that says you MUST shop on Black Friday!”.  He is funny –I know what he says is right, and I know I already have a lot of good deal stuff inside my wardrobe, like this Stella Maccartney coat I am wearing today — it was a good catch during a sale earlier this year.   And my favorite pink Red Valentino Coat (see the post here) was another good sale hunt.

Normally in this winter season, I like to shop for a good coat, shoes, and other basic wear, like the Gap turtleneck I am wearing today.  It’s very soft and very light, and I don’t mind to get every color when there is 50% off today (use code BLDFRIDAY).  [I almost feel guilty saying this “winter season,” because in Los Angeles, it is HOT today, almost 90-degrees F!  But sooner or later it will cool off a little, and I’ll be prepared with my turtlenecks.]
