Breathe Easy: Silk Bow Tie Blouse & Green Maxi Skirt

There are a couple items I don’t mind to own a couple of the same thing, like this silk bow tie blouse.  It can be worn in so many ways in the Summer.  Here in Los Angeles we just had a two-day “heat wave” with temperature of 100-degrees, just to remind us that summer is here, so it’s time to look at “breathable” silks and cottons.

“What to wear under” is the question most people ask me.  I like to wear this nude lace bra inside all my silk blouses, just enough “see through” with some feminine touch.  If you are in a workplace that requires more formal wear, I suggest you wear this cami tank under.

Most of Summer shirts come with a lower or loose neckline, so to avoid showing too much skin by accident, a safety pin always helps, or a pair of sunglasses hanging together from your shirt and bra like I did.

Recently I bought a couple pairs of flats, like this and this, great for walking and driving.  But when I go out, I like to put on heels; for a petite-type lady like me, when wearing a maxi/long skirt, a pair of platform sandals helps to make our bodies appear longer.  Those sandals I am wearing today are tall and super easy to walk and comfy — the most important facts to be consider when choosing platform sandals.
