Last Sunday, June 14, and with many business and restaurants finally re-opening, we decided to do a short road trip to Ventura Harbor to get some “fresh air,” after the 3 month coronavirus “lockdown” life . . .
I shared this on my Instagram story on that day, and decided to share in my blog as well. It was just a simple day trip to the harbor, but it was the first time we have gone anywhere just for fun since the pandemic erupted. The traffic was bad at times, and all the lines were long at restaurants, ice cream shop, etc. I guess lots of other people were like us, getting away from “house arrest” finally! But after al that, it’s good to back to the social (distancing) life.
Red Bear didn’t look happy in all these pictures, but I think it’s important for him to leave all the digital devices behind, and I hope one day he will look back and realize how beautiful this day is.
