Summer Date: Lace Dress & Bow Flats

[column]I am a heeled-shoes fan, and the fact is that a pair of heels do make me feel taller and more confident.  When wearing flats, I normally would pair them with boyfriend jeans or a dress/skirt that falls above my knee. Showing some legs is the key.
